"Oh no," Krei said with a shake of his head. "You'd think that right? Sadly my longevity makes it difficult. No one wants to get with a man that will one day look like your grandson."

"Right, except you're related to gods and if you really loved them you would find a way, like Jiyong did with Mandisa." Nicki pointed out maybe he hadn't thought of that before. Or maybe he just hadn't found anyone he had wanted to do that with. "So, your fiend, Ace? He was very old by the time he past away?"

[Cedahlia]

Krei thought on what she'd said. "I hadn't thought of that. But I also haven't found anyone. Most of the people I'm around are family and I just can't go there even if there's no blood," he said with a laugh. But then she mentioned Ace and he sobered. "He's been with me since he was a pup. Since I pretty much was."

[Cedahlia]

"He had a very long and happy life then, Krei. I wouldn't be too sad, though I know how it feels. Try and think of it as a better place." Nicki said because it was a hard thing to go through but Ace was free of the world's problems now. "Do you have anyone you can talk too about it?"

[Cedahlia]

"Some of my brothers. But I have not been back home since I lost him. I'm not sure I can. Everything reminds me of him. I mean, can you imagine Ash without pikachu?" Krei just sighed and tried to smile.

[Cedahlia]

"I cried when it happened." Nicki nodded, it was wrong and it shouldn't be a thing. "You can't talk to anyone here? You're not the only here to have experienced loss recently. You, Drake and Hikari all have. They need someone as much as you do."

[Cedahlia]

"I haven't tried yet. But if the opportunity presents itself then I will," Krei said. "I am not so much a tough guy that I keep everything inside on principle."

[Cedahlia]

"Good those type of men are overrated and no one really likes them in reality. Not even other guys," Nicki laughed, "What are your fiends called? All these babies right now?"

[Cedahlia]

"I haven't tried yet. But if the opportunity presents itself then I will," Krei said. "I am not so much a tough guy that I keep everything inside on principle."
