"Someone's at the door," Jiro commented just before Drake knocked.

"That's for me!" Mireya said from upstairs. "Don't open it and be creepy at him. Either of you!"

Mandisa frowned from where she was sitting on the coffee table. She handed Jiro an apple and then looked over at the door. "She didn't say we couldn't be creepy at the window," she commented.

"Yesssss," Jiro said and went with Mandisa to the window to creepily stare at Drake.

"Really you two?" Mireya asked as she descended the stairs and went to the door. She quickly opened it. "Hi," she greeted him with a smile. "Please ignore them," she said, gesturing to her creepy siblings. She hadn't known what Drake had planned for the date so she was also dressed casually but still fashionably. She was, after all, the Princess of Fairies and a pop star. She couldn't be anything less than radiant in her white dress, with a short pink jacket and gorgeous white heels.

[Athy]

"Oh what?" Drake laughed and looked at the window. He wasn't bothered. He smiled and waved at them both. "They're cute, don't worry about them. You look gorgeous." he said and looked at her again with a smile.

[Cedahlia]

"Thank you," Mireya said. She waved bye at her siblings with a mischievous look on her face and closed the door. "So where are we headed?" she asked eagerly.

[Athy]

"I was thinking dinner, walk, maybe a coffee shop somewhere without an outside area." Drake said, which was a lot more effort than he put in for anyone else. "I brought my bike though, so you're going to have to sit on that skirt." he grinned as he handed her a helmet. He should have brought baby instead.

[Cedahlia]

"That sounds terribly uncomfortable," Mireya said as she looked down at her skirt. She waved her hands at it and poof, it was now pants. Perfect. "Much better," she decided and took the helmet.

[Athy]

"That's a nifty trick," Drake said with serious approval. She was well prepared for his bad boy status. Good. "We can go for a ride after too, if you like." He said.

[Cedahlia]

"I've never actually been on a motorbike before," Mireya said. "So why not? Looks like it might be fun." She wasn't worried. Even if something happened, she could protect him. Sage skills for the win.

[Athy]

"Food first," Drake said, because he knew some wonderful places to ride at night. When it was dark and the sun was starting to set.

[Cedahlia]

"Right," Mireya said. "Food first." She definitely agreed with that. She did love food. And then romantic walks...Oh yes.

[Athy]

Drake laughed as he started up the loud engine of his motorbike. Surely, the two in the window was surprised by Mireya getting on a bike at all. With a boy at that. The thought amused him. He drove off slowly and made sure she had hold of him tightly.

[Cedahlia]

Oh one of them in the window was surprised. The other one didn't show any surprise. Then again, he didn't show much of any emotion usually either.

Mireya held on tight. She might not have ever ridden on a motorbike before but she got the general idea. It was like horseback riding.

[Athy]

To compare a motorbike to that of horseriding would insult many a bike rider. It was nothing like that, (no seriously it's not) it was more like riding a peddle bike, without the peddles and going super fast. Having to lean around the corners, or sitting still when you're going straight because any shift of weight could throw the two wheeled beast off balance and cause you to lose half your face, or otherwise.

Horseriding. If Drake could hear that he'd laugh until he crashed. The adorable comparison, while wrong, was still in fact adorable.

It didn't take long for them to pull up outside the restaurant and he quickly shut off the engine and kicked the kick stand put, but he waited for Mireya to get off before he rested the bike on it.

Mireya dismounted the bike and changed her pants back into a skirt. She was just far more comfortable that way. Her clothes hadn't gotten dirty at all even if they were white because magic.

[Athy]

Drake lent the bike against the kickstand as he stood up and took off his helmet, he strapped them both down onto the bike and then held his arm out to Mireya, "Shall we beautiful?" He asked then.

[Cedahlia]

"We shall," Mireya replied and took his arm with a smile. She felt more comfortable now that her clothes were a bit more normal and she wasn't holding onto Drake from a small fear off falling off.

[Athy]

Drake smiled and took her into the restaurant. It wasn't massively expensive or classy, but it was very cute and romantic. They sat outside and there was little twinkly fairy lights all around the tables to give them a soft glow, rather than bright lights. "I thought this place was something you'd enjoy, but I figure you've also been here a lot and know what you like which makes it easier."

[Cedahlia]

"You are correct," Mireya said with a smile, pleased that he'd guessed so well without knowing all that much about her. "You're quite clever. I like that."

[Athy]

"Well, you're not very hard to figure out, princess." Drake said with a smile as he pulled a chair out for her. Their waiter put the menus down and said she'd give them a bit to decide what they wanted. "You can also tell me what's good, but I mean...I like meat, okay?"

[Cedahlia]

"Oh sure," Mireya said and thought about it. Meat...What was a popular meat dish there? "They have a Reuben pasty," she said. "That's very good. I know my brother certainly likes it."

[Athy]

"Wait? This isn't a cafe that does proper meals?" Drake said then, looking confused. That...well that sucked. "Okay, I clearly didn't plan ahead well enough for this, I want you to have a proper meal with me..."

[Cedahlia]

Mireya giggled. "Sorry," she said. "Fairies are more into light food, you know? We don't tend to eat heavy food. Or at least, light fairies don't. That would be the dark fae."

[Athy]

"So an italian restaurant with pasta is probably best?" Drake said then, but he looked at her, if this was what she wanted... "Well okay...I mean it's pretty here. Do they do fries as well?" He said that pasty was not going to be enough. Ever. At all. No. Ha.

[Cedahlia]

"They do," Mireya said. "But if you're not comfortable with the food here then we can go elsewhere," she said. "I don't mind. Really."

[Athy]

"I'll give the pasty and some fries a chance." Drake said with a smile then, "I have to learn to trust." He said dramatically though it was 100% true.
