"Awww, look at you being all sweet and stuff." Hikari said with a grin as she sat down. She loved fries, so she ate what he didn't of those as well as the Chinese. "I'm guessing burgers aren't your favourite thing?"

[Cedahlia]

"Not really," Cameron admitted. "I eat pretty healthy when I'm able to. When my sister and I do make burgers it's usually made from Turkey so it's a little less fatty and greasy."

[Cedahlia]

"Yuck," Hikari said making a face. "Turkey is so dry, you need some beef and chicken in your life, seriously." She laughed, she could not stand Turkey. "I eat healthy when I can, but I'm constantly training so I guess you can't tell when I stuff my face like a pig."

[Cedahlia]

"It's only dry if you cook it wrong," Cameron said with a laugh. "You gotta know the tricks. Chicken isn't so bad but we don't eat beef very often. Red meat is good on occasion though. But if I'm going to have then it's going to be a steak."

[Cedahlia]

"I just don't like Turkey it tastes... Bland? I don't know. It's not something I enjoy, I am with you on steak. And bacon." Hikari laughed, she was surprised he didn't eat meat all that often.

[Cedahlia]

Cameron shrugged. "We mostly eat fish. There's not much call for poultry or beef when you live under the sea most of the time." He wished he was back there. It was safer there than it was on land. Well, sort of. He'd not experienced that level of creepy stalking and harassment under the sea.

[Cedahlia]

"I like fish, shellfish especially." Hikari said, which was probably really not good. "am I allowed too? As their princess? Oh goodness."

[Cedahlia]

Cameron smiled again. "Well yeah, that's fine. You might be the princess of water but that doesn't mean you can't eat seafood. The fish eat other fish. There's a circle of life that can't be ignored. You do what you have to do unless you are uncomfortable with it."

[Cedahlia]

"No, I love seafood. Seafood is great. My brother doesn't enjoy it very much," Hikari laughed, but that reminded her. "He called earlier, said if you're feeling up to it at some point, we should head down to the manticore and have drinks with everyone. But only when you're up to it."

[Cedahlia]

"The Manticore is a hunter haunt?" Cameron asked. "Where you all meet up to rest and recover for your next mission?" He recognized the name but he wasn't as versed. There were so many of them over the the different kingdoms.

[Cedahlia]

"Yeah, pretty much. We go there sometimes. Not very often. But he thought it would be a good idea for you. As it would be full of positivity and people who care." Hikari said, not that Drake thought she wasn't giving that to him. But it was a bigger scale. "like a boost on your self feels."

[Cedahlia]

"I would like to get out of this room," Cameron said. He didn't like the idea of being around so many new people but at least they were people who likely wouldn't hurt him while he was vulnerable and healing. "Okay. Let's do it."

[Cedahlia]

"Are you sure? Do you even drink?" Hikari asked, sure he was only sixteen, but he was also a demigod so did the law even really apply to him?

[Cedahlia]

"Ah....not really often," Cameron admitted. "I've only been recently permitted to. We can get into quite drunken trouble if allowed to and my mother is not so far it." Which wasn't really a bad thing.

[Cedahlia]

"Oh can you?" Hikari laughed, it sounded a bit like an innuendo to her. Not that Drake had told her of how her and Cam had actually gotten together. That natural 20 though had changed their life haha.

[Cedahlia]

Cameron had no idea where her mind had gone with that laugh. "Well yeah. We can't completely mess up the world like the upper pantheon but I can imagine the sort of things I'd drunkenly make so..."

[Cedahlia]

"You make stuff? You wouldn't make sex toys would you? Why do I think that's something you'd do?" Hikari said and facepalmed. "I'm sorry, ignore me. Do you want to get ready and then we can go?"

[Cedahlia]

Cameron blinked. "Well yeah, I make stuff. Not that stuff. Just the special weapons you hunters use." That's what he did. He was like the blacksmith god.

[Cedahlia]

"So what would you make that's so terrible when you're drunk?" Hikari asked, swiftly ignoring thst she'd stuck her foot in her mouth. "Do you want to change or anything before we go??"

[Cedahlia]

Cameron had managed a shower on his own while she'd gone out to get food so his clothes were fresh at least. Jeans, shirts, and a jacket. Not exactly what he usually wore but they were comfortable and hid the wounds on his body that had not yet fully healed. "No, I'm good. And I don't know...something ridiculous or dangerous I guess."

[Cedahlia]

"Could you make something that makes my enemies want to kiss instead of fight me?" Hikari asked mischievously. But she opened the door and motioned for him to go out.

[Cedahlia]

"Uh..." Cameron thought about that. He really wasn't sure if he could or not. "Do you really want those creepy kind of creatures and men to kiss you though?" He wouldn't want that and he was a fiend.

[Cedahlia]

Hikari laughed really, really hard. "Not kiss me, kiss each other." She said, "I'm not really into kissing. I mean, I am. I just haven't. I mean... Okay, I'm shutting up."

[Cedahlia]

Cameron raised an eyebrow and then just chose not to comment. Hikari was in that awkward teen stage of her life. He wasn't exactly out of it either but he was a bit more put together because of what he was and how he'd grown up, which was completely different from how she had. "Since I'm assuming you can't drive at your age, how are we getting to The Manticore?"

[Cedahlia]

"I didn't want to get the room wet." Hikari laughed, but she went over to Cameron then. "I have to touch you, but it's only for a moment, okay?"
